*、擬派項目負責人：擬派項目經理需具備市政公用工程專業二級及以上注冊建造師資格，同時具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書。以上項目負責人以在上海市住房和城鄉建設管理委員會網站上查詢為準，在冊且無在建項目記錄（同一工程相鄰分段發包或分期施工的除外，擬派項目經理在響應文件遞交時不得調整，不得有在建項目。響應文件中需提交響應截止日前*個工作日內打印的注冊建造師《投標項目負責人基本情況表》（通過上海市建設市場信息服務平臺https：//ciac.zjw.sh.gov.cn/查詢、截圖）；
*、符合《關于對接國際高標準經貿規則推進試點地區政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
