(c)本項目的特定資格要求：*、須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
*、供應商應同時具備以下施工資質：*）中華人民共和國住房和城鄉建設部頒發的施工總承包建筑工程三級或以上資質；*）中華人民共和國住房和城鄉建設部頒發的施工專業承包建筑裝修裝飾工程二級或以上資質。
*、企業具有有效的安全生產許可證；
*、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人（（以響應文件中提供的加蓋單位公章的《項目負責人基本情況表》為準（通過上海市住房和城鄉建設管理委員會網站zjw.sh.gov.cn 查詢、打印，首次響應文件提交截止時間前* 天內打印有效））。
*、處于被政府管理部門禁止參加投標期間的單位不得參與競爭；
*、本項目不允許轉包。
